At Marigold and Marie, we take pride in getting your purchases to you as quickly as possible. That's why we ship all orders within 5-7 business days of receiving them via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your package on the USPS website.

Please note that we can only ship to the address provided during checkout. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit. If you have not received your package within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost for your order is determined by your location and the total weight of your package. This calculation is made at the time of checkout, ensuring that you receive the most accurate shipping rate.

International Shipping

For our international customers (outside the USA), please note that we will ship your order only once all items are in stock. This means we will hold off on dispatching your order until every item is ready to be sent. Generally, orders are shipped within 5-7 days, or as soon as all items are available, via USPS. The delivery time varies by destination: about one week for Canada, two weeks for Australia and the UK, and up to two weeks for other international locations. Please be aware that as the buyer, you are responsible for familiarizing yourself with and paying any import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in your country.
